The following are testimonials for DRAGGER Aircraft Tugs
I really enjoyed working with the folks at Nose Dragger. They spent hours working with me to determine if I had enough clearance for the Tug to clear my wheel pant on the nose wheel of my Cessna 182 S. The Tug arrived in Birmingham Alabama extremely well packed and they even offered if it did not work to have it returned at their expense ! They did everything and more to make the sale most pleasurable.

I love my electric tail dragger – it’s super easy, the 24 volt is great power, and I love the variable speed. It makes it possible for me to move my Stearman around and watch/clear the wingtips and position her precisely that I would never be able to do manually, especially over some grade and the lip between my hangar door and the apron. Plenty of power. A gas powered version would not have worked for me because I’m so short I don’t have the arm throw to start the motor with the pull-cord! I’ll be using the tug on my Cessna 170A as soon as we get her out of restoration – and love the fact that just by moving the plate we can accommodate different tailwheel sizes. The biggest issue we’ve had is if the tailwheel is a bit low on pressure, it will “melt” between the plates. But with proper pressure, it’s not a problem. Scooching the plates under the tailwheel takes a little technique, but once you figure it out, it’s easy. The tug’s tires can spin if you have a slick hangar floor and don’t have equal pressure on each tire or you give it too much “throttle”, but again a little practice and technique makes this a non-issue. Love my tug and would recommend as a necessity to anyone else who wants to fly their plane a lot and needs to maneuver in/out of a hangar.

I especially love the speed when I am going down to another hangar for a pull out. It is so sweet, and the battery stays charged for quite a while. I tried another brand, and it was too slow, so I like the better speed.
The Dragger makes towing heavy aircraft easy. I love it. And I know I can handle things all by myself.

Good Morning,
Just a note to let you know the tug works great! No problem with the faring altho we will have to shore up the little ramp going into the hangar – nothing we can’t handle. Miles loves it and will work well with his knee surgery coming up, and even after! I’ve attached a couple pix….
Thanks again and Merry Christmas to you & Angel.

Dear Carol and Angel,
This testimonial is from Randall and Valerie Seiler from Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
My wife and I purchased a Nose Dragger for our Cherokee about 10 years ago. Since then we sold the Cherokee and purchased a heavier Beechcraft Bonanza. The 12 volt motor on our Nose Dragger worked fine up until last year so we decided to purchase a newer, more powerful 24 volt motor along with 2 batteries and a 24 volt charger.
We couldn’t be happier with the purchases and Airtug/Dragger, LLC. Recently however, the 24 volt charger stopped working and we called the manufacturer to see if they could repair it. They said it would take about 15 working days from when they received it to repair the charger. I then called Airtug/Dragger. You said you would send a new 24 volt charger out right away and asked me if I could send my broken charger back upon receiving the new one. You would pay for the freight and I would have a new charger virtually overnight.
This is by far the best service I’ve ever received by any company. I would highly recommend Airtug/Dragger, LLC, to anyone that needs a great airplane tug product and I absolutely guarantee that you will be very happy with their service. Airtug/Dragger definitely stands behind the products they sell.
Thank you for your help!
Randall Seiler
My electric Nose-Dragger Dragger just celebrated its 12th birthday. Over those years, my powerful and easy-to-use tug served flawlessly as it eased my Cessna into and out of its hanger countless times. But after twelve years or service, I encountered my first problem – the rocker switch that controls the motor wore out.
I was initially concerned about finding parts for my faithful tug, but Google found Dragger.com’s website and I called the company to see if they’d be able to help. What a pleasant experience that was! The receptionist knew exactly what I needed and had the part delivered quickly. The part differed from the original but another call to Dragger put me in touch with their chief technician who immediately emailed me a diagram that described the installation. When that confused me, I made another call and the technician walked me step-by-step through the installation process and waited patiently while I followed his instructions.
I can’t ever remember having such exceptional and personal service from a company.
I heartily recommend the Nose-Dragger Dragger to owners of tricycle gear airplanes. It’s a great product backed by a company that really cares about its customers.

Since receiving the NDG6 (Nose Dragger Dragger Gas), I can move my aircraft with one hand and talk on the phone with my free hand.
Thank you Dragger!

I looked at the welds, paint work, finish and the quality that was put into this product.
It is excellent work. Pat Barrett, President, IAC Chapter 126.

I needed a powered tug for my Cessna, Bonanza and for my Twin Aerostar and wanted the best one on the market, I took a lot of time and researched all the available products and found that the only one that would work for me would be the NOSE-DRAGGER DRAGGER from Skyline Aviation Inc. I found that the design and simplicity of this machine was well thought out and very capable of the performance I’ve come to appreciate over the years. I also experienced a vauable and knowledgeable sales staff off current pilots that lead me to the proper model for my application…”
Thanks for Everything.

Enclosed are a couple pictures of me using the new TDD. (See Gallery Page) Again, I really like this thing — it is so much easier than wrestling with the fuselage handle. I don’t sprain my back and again I like the fact that I don’t have to ‘eraser’ the tailwheel when backing it into the hangar. I had to have the tailwheel mechanism rebuilt during the last annual and it’s nice to now keep it straight and not torque it. This is a “must” for any tail-wheel owner as far as I am concerned. Have you advertised in ‘SPORT AVIATION’ or ‘AOPA PILOT’? I saw your ad in TAP.”

I purchased the 12 Volt Electric Nose-Dragger for my Piper Saratoga about a month ago and just wanted to let you know how much I love it! Iwent from a Cherokee to a Saratoga and was shocked at how much heavier the Saratoga was. My wife soon regretted the new heavier airplane, as she was the one I had to call everytime to meet me at the airport to help me push the plane back into the hangar. My wife is actually the one who found the Nose-Dragger online. From the moment I used this, I realized what an invaluable product this is. I thank you very much, and my wife thanks you even more!!! Part arrived and problem solved! Thanks.Brad
I received the control cable you sent – thanks for your assistance. The nose dragger runs wonderfully again! It’s especially great on those cold winter nights when I arrive home late and I’m the only one at the airport! My Saratoga slides smoothly into the hangar!

I have a mechanic friend who knows a guy who has one for his Archer and he says it is great. I look forward to receiving the NOSEDRAGGER-DRAGGER as soon as possible.

Received the TDD yesterday and have already tried it out a couple of times — I really like it and it makes moving around my Decathlon much easier and more precise. I also like the fact that the tail wheel isn’t spun around and rubbing the pavement each time I put it away. This is a great product. I only wish I had thought of it!

I had to send you an e mail re the above. I am delighted with the manual “dragger” that you sent to me. It is every thing that you said it would be, and makes moving my citabria a very pleasant chore. I can now take the citabria both out,and in to the hangar, alone, and with minimum effort . My “t” hangar requires me to make a 90° turn at the end of the “apron” before setting up for a flight. the operation of raising the tail wheel, permits that turn with ease. I am a very pleased citabria pilot, and will recommend this product everyone. Thank You

Dear Jack, Just a little note to tell you that we are very pleased with the crating. With the Dragger itself, we have noticed as well an improvement on little things that makes the product better. We felt we wanted to tell you that we do appreciate. Thanks & best regards,

To SkylineAviation “The new Electric Tail-Dragger Dragger looks like it’s more than up to the job. I’ve sent an extra $100.00 to help cover some of the cost. Thanks again for the great service, I will email some pictures soon.” Thanks again, John H. I’m really quick at moving it in and out of two different planes, it’s actually rather easy. Still trying to get my wife to use it, that’s for this month. Thanks and Regards,
David B.
I have purchased one of your draggers used from a friend and LOVE it! I have a simple question about the tire pressure…..what should it be? I also need to know if there is some sort of manual I can purchase for it Thanks for your help. BTW this is my SECOND unit…the first I bought direct from you about ten years ago and it is still working wonderfully and I am very happy with it.
