IMPORTANT
Airtug, Inc & Dragger are not responsible for aircraft damage sustained when proper clearance is not maintained between the tug and the aircraft.
To assure clearance, aircraft components must receive extra vigilance to avoid damage.
This simply means that if, after assembling and following the operating instructions, the DRAGGER™ does not perform to your complete satisfaction, WE WILL HAVE IT PICKED UP AND RETURNED. YOU WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORIGINAL FREIGHT COST. WE WILL IMMEDIATELY REFUND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE LESS FREIGHT COST ONCE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED.
A 15% restocking fee will apply for any returned purchases made through Affirm.
We warrant the DRAGGER™ (excluding engine) on a parts only basis for one year. Engines are warranted by the engine manufacturer for one year. All shipments outside of the U.S. are warranted the same except all freight and customs fees are charged additionally. Warranty excludes the cost of shipping.
PLEASE NOTE
The Dragger™ needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received, less normal wear and tear of testing.
After 30 days, If a customer purchases a Dragger and it is not working out for whatever reason, they can return it and the price will be applied toward’s the purchase of an Airtug. If a customer orders an Airutg 6S or 6H, it can be returned and upgraded to an Airtug EL3S, EL3H, 10S or 10H and the original price will be applied towards the upgraded Airtug. However, the tugs (Both Airtug and Dragger) will need to be returned in the same condition as it was received, less normal wear and tear of testing. If not received in the same condition, additional charges will be applied for damages. For both the Airtug and the Dragger, the customer will continue to be responsible for the original freight.

DRAGGER™ is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise after it has been signed for by the customer. Please inspect all merchandise prior to accepting shipment and call us with questions or concerns.
